Steps
Fire
- Notify Insurer
Immediately notify Insurers in the event of loss/damages - Report to Police
Notify Police immediately of the Fire - Protect
Take all necessary measures to protect properties from further damages - Evidence
Take photos of the damages/point of entry and secure all documents, information and evidence required - Co-operate
Co-operate with Insurer personnel and/or Adjusters when call upon
- Notify Insurer
Immediately notify Insurers in the event of loss/damages - Report to Police
Notify Police immediately for Fire/Theft (for exception, please contact our Claims Personnel) - Protect
Take all necessary measures to protect properties from further damages - Evidence

Secure medical reports indicating the extent of permanent disablement and photographs of the permanent disablement - Other evidence
