A. Organizer and Eligibility

1.  Catch Your Ong Rabbit is organized by Liberty Insurance Berhad.

2. This contest is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook. You are providing your information to Liberty Insurance Berhad and not to Facebook.

3. This contest is only open to Liberty policyholders who reside in Malaysia with Malaysia’s PR and are 18 years of age and above (excluding Liberty’s employees). 

4. Participants can only send their entry with a verified Google e-mail address.  

 

B. Contest Mechanics

1. To participate, you must 

1. Complete the Google form 
2. Like Facebook Page - Liberty Insurance Malaysia.
3. Share TO INCLUDE POST LINK AFTER PUBLISHED on wall with hashtag #CatchYourOngRabbit

2. Each participant is qualified for a chance to win only once, even if multiple entries are submitted.

3. Our system must receive all entries by 23:59 (Malaysia Time) of 20 February 2023 to qualify. Late and invalid entries will not be entertained. The time is based on our servers’ system time.

4. Participants can use only one (1) Facebook account to participate in this contest. In the event that a participant is found to have used multiple Facebook accounts, the participant will be disqualified and the prize awarded to him/her shall be withdrawn.

C. Prize

1. The first 50 entries with the most accurate Catch Your Ong Rabbit screenshot will be selected to win RM100 Touch ‘n Go e-wallet credits.

2. Winners will be announced on 28 Feb 2022 via Liberty Insurance Berhad Facebook page (https://www.facebook.com/LibertyInsuranceMalaysia).

D. Prize Redemption

1. All winners who succeeded in sharing their personal information will be contacted through the email address shared within 30 working days after the winners announcement on Liberty’s Facebook page. Participants must ensure their email address used is active and correct.

2. Liberty Insurance Berhad reserves the absolute right to disqualify any winner if the details provided during the verification process do not match the details provided.

3. The prizes are not exchangeable and/or transferable.

E. Use of Personal Information 

1. By entering this contest, you agree:

1. To the use of your name and/or likeness and any other information sought and provided, without compensation for Liberty Insurance Berhad’s promotional and marketing purposes; and
2. To the use of the information submitted on the contest entry form, without compensation, for Liberty Insurance Berhad’s promotional and marketing purposes; and
3. To the use of your answers and pictures to the questions for Liberty Insurance Berhad’s promotional and marketing purposes.

2. You acknowledge that in respect of any personal information disclosed by you to Liberty Insurance Berhad, or obtained by Liberty Insurance Berhad from you pursuant to this application;

1. Liberty Insurance Berhad is authorized to disclose such personal information; such disclosure shall comply with local data privacy laws, within the geographical scope of the competition, and the use of such personal information by Liberty Insurance Berhad as contemplated by this application (including, without limitation, the disclosure of such personal information to Liberty Insurance Berhad’s external agencies or third parties involved in the running of the Liberty Insurance Berhad social contest).
2. You can contact Liberty Insurance Berhad to request that you be provided with access to, or to correct any inaccuracies in your personal data. You may also opt out of any of the terms of this Policy by withdrawing from the Liberty Insurance Berhad social contest.

F. Disclaimer

1. Participants in this contest agree to the Terms and Conditions of this contest.

2. Decisions pertaining to all matters on this contest is final. No further appeals will be entertained. Request to check on the judgement status of entries will not be entertained.

3. Liberty Insurance Berhad finalizes all decisions and selections of winning entries.

4. Appeals and requests for amendments will not be entertained.

5. Participants may be contacted by Liberty Insurance Berhad via Facebook PM when deemed necessary.

6. Liberty Insurance Berhad reserves the right to replace any prize with a different one if said prize runs out of stock.

7.  Liberty Insurance Berhad may utilize the winners’ names, and/or photographs plus their entries for the purposes of advertising, publicity and/or trade, without any prior                             
notice and each participant is not entitled to claim ownership and/or other forms of compensation on the materials.

8. Liberty Insurance Berhad reserves the right to amend the contest mechanics, prizes, terms & conditions at any time without prior notice.
