We at Liberty General Insurance Berhad (formerly known as AmGeneral Insurance Berhad) are aware of recent allegation linked to Skim Selangor General Insurance Scheme (INSAN) and AmGeneral. 

The allegations suggesting any criminal and/or unlawful activity on our part are unfounded and contain various factual inaccuracies. 

We have no reason to believe at this stage that any alleged ‘whistleblower’ information is genuine. In keeping with our obligations under the Financial Services Act 2013, we hereby affirm that we have not authorised and will not authorise release of any information pertaining to Skim INSAN to any unrelated and/or third party.
