
Tesla Vehicle Experience Campaign
Terms and Conditions
- Tesla Vehicle Experience Campaign (“Campaign”) is organised by Liberty General Insurance Berhad [Registration No. 197801007153 (44191-P)] (hereinafter shall be referred to as “LGIB”).
- The Customers shall read and understand these Terms and Conditions before participating.
Campaign Period
- The Campaign shall commence from 15th March 2025 to 31st May 2025, both dates inclusive unless notified otherwise (“Campaign Period”).
- LGIB reserves the right to terminate the Campaign at any time without prior notice.
Eligibility
- The Campaign is open to all new and existing customers who own a Tesla Model 3 or Tesla Model Y and purchase any eligible motor insurance products listed below (“the Customers”) directly from LGIB’s Call Centre and website.
- The list of eligible motor insurance products (“Products”) :

- auto365 Comprehensive Premier
- This Campaign applies only to policies issued by LGIB and the insurance premium of which is fully paid for the said policies during the Campaign Period. Any policy issuance after the Campaign Period has ended is not eligible for the Campaign.
Rewards
- The Customers will receive a gift of Touch 'n Go eWallet reload PIN (“TnG PIN”), which the value is depending on whether the Customers own a Tesla Model Y or Tesla Model 3. Please refer to the table below.

- The TnG PIN will be delivered to eligible Customers in the form of Whatsapp message to their mobile phone number or to their email address registered with LGIB during the purchase of Product. The Customers will receive the TnG PIN within two (2) months after successful payment and full document submission, subject to verification of customer information received.
- The Customers are responsible for ensuring that they have provided accurate information of their mobile phone number and/or email address to receive the TnG PIN . Should the Customers decide to provide a third party’s phone number and/or email address, LGIB will not be liable for the receipt of TnG PIN via the third party.
- The Customers are responsible for redeeming the TnG PIN directly through the Touch 'n Go eWallet app as stated in the email or Whatsapp message sent by LGIB within the validity period of the unique e-code. The validity period will be mentioned in the email or Whatsapp message.
- LGIB is not responsible for the activation of the TnG PIN once they have been disbursed to the eligible Customers. If the TnG PIN remains unused or unredeemed after the said period, the TnG PIN will lapse and will not be replaced.
- The Customers are responsible for ensuring that the latest version of the Touch 'n Go eWallet is installed in their mobile phone to activate the reload PIN.
- Touch 'n Go owns the right to the terms and conditions of the TnG PIN usage. Any warranty or claims on the TnG PIN should be directed to Touch 'n Go.
- LGIB is not an agent of Touch 'n Go, its subsidiary or affiliate and makes no representation/warranties/endorsement or in any way endorse, sanction, approve or support the brand(s) or merchandise of the TnG PIN. LGIB is not liable for any injury/loss/damage suffered from use of the TnG PIN . Any query and/or dispute on the usage of the TnG PIN must be directed to and resolved directly with Touch 'n Go.
- LGIB reserves the right, as it deems fit, to substitute the TnG PIN with another product of similar value without prior notice.
- The TnG PIN is not transferable, nor exchangeable for cash or credit or kind whether in part or in full.
- LGIB is not obligated to reissue the TnG PIN if the TnG PIN have not been collected by the Customers or has been lost by the Customers after they received it.
General Terms and Conditions of the Campaign
- By participating in this campaign, the Customers will be deemed to have read, understood and agreed to be bound by the Terms and Conditions of this campaign as stated herein and any additional terms and conditions stipulated by LGIB including the decisions of in all matters related thereto (“Terms and Conditions”).
- LGIB reserves the right to vary the terms and conditions of this Campaign at any time without giving prior notice and without incurring any liability.
- Any cancellation, termination, withdrawal or suspension by LGIB of this Campaign will not entitle the Customers to any compensation from LGIB for any and all loss or damage that may be suffered or incurred by the Customers as a direct or indirect result of the act of cancellation, termination, withdrawal or suspension.
- LGIB reserves the right (at its own discretion) to disqualify any Customer and/or withhold or confiscate the prizes if the policy is found to be cancelled prior to the Disbursement Period.
- Wherever the singular is used the same shall be construed as meaning the plural if the context requires unless otherwise specifically stated.
- LGIB’s determination of all matters relating to this Campaign shall be final and conclusive. In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions and any marketing or promotional materials relating to this Campaign, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail.
- Where LGIB suspects any Customer is committing any form of unlawful and/or fraudulent activity for the purpose of participating in the Campaign, LGIB reserve the right to report such activity or suspicion to the police or relevant authorities.
- LGIB would like to alert the Customers to take reasonable precautions when receiving any phone calls and messages requesting for their personal information during and/or after the Campaign. LGIB would also like to advise our valued Customers to call our Customer Centre for verification regarding the Campaign.
- By participating in this Campaign, the Customers hereby give consent for their personal data and/or information to be collected, processed, used, disclosed and retained in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act (“PDPA”) 2010.
