Terms and Conditions
- Kenapa? Sebab Boleh Giveaway (“Campaign”) is organised by Liberty General Insurance Berhad (formerly known as AmGeneral Insurance Berhad) (“LGIB”).
- The Customer shall read and understand these Terms and Conditions before participating.
Campaign Period
- The Campaign shall commence from 19 January 2024 to 30 June 2024, both dates inclusive unless notified otherwise (“Campaign Period”).
- LGIB reserves the right to terminate the Campaign at any time without prior notice.
Eligibility
- The Campaign is open to all new and existing customers who purchase auto365 Comprehensive Lite (“Product”) from LGIB or through any of LGIB’s authorised intermediaries.
- The campaign shall not be applicable for online purchase and UOB Bank branches.
- This Campaign applies only to policies issued by LGIB and the Insurance premium of which is fully paid for the said policies during the Campaign Period. Any policy issuance after the Campaign Period has ended is not eligible for the Campaign.
Rewards
- The customers will be entitled to one (1) limited-edition premium item (“Campaign Item”) for each purchase of the Product, subject to a minimum premium of RM500 per policy.

- Campaign Item(s) are limited and available while stock lasts. The Campaign Item is not exchangeable for cash or credit or kind whether in part or in full.
- Customer who purchases the Product through Contact Centre during the Campaign Period is required to collect the Campaign item from the nearest LGIB branch office.
General Terms and Conditions of the Campaign
- By participating in this campaign, the Customer will be deemed to have read, understood and agreed to be bound by the Terms and Conditions of this campaign as stated herein and any additional terms and conditions stipulated by LGIB including the decisions of in all matters related thereto (“Terms and Conditions”).
- LGIB reserves the right to vary the terms and conditions of this Campaign at any time without giving prior notice and without incurring any liability.
- Any cancellation, termination, withdrawal or suspension by LGIB of this Campaign will not entitle the Customer to any compensation from LGIB for any and all loss or damage that may be suffered or incurred by the Customer as a direct or indirect result of the act of cancellation, termination, withdrawal or suspension.
- LGIB reserves the right (at its own discretion) to disqualify any Customer and/or withhold or confiscate the prizes if the policy is found to be cancelled prior to the Disbursement Period.
- LGIB’s determination of all matters relating to this Campaign shall be final and conclusive. In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions and any marketing or promotional materials relating to this Campaign, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail.
- Where LGIB suspects any Customer is committing any form of unlawful and/or fraudulent activity for the purpose of participating in the Campaign, LGIB reserve the right to report such activity or suspicion to the police or relevant authorities.
- LGIB would like to alert the Customer to take reasonable precautions when receiving any phone calls and messages requesting their personal information during and/or after the Campaign. LGIB would also like to advise our valued Customers to call our Customer Centre for verification regarding the Campaign.
- By participating in this Campaign, the Customer hereby gives consent for their personal data and/or information to be processed in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act (“PDPA”) 2010. - These Campaign Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed under the laws of Malaysia.
