Liberty Insurance would like to advise our customers to be on the alert for scammers. We will never ask you to reveal any confidential banking information. If you receive a call or an SMS requesting for such information, take note that it could be a scam.

Here are some reminders to keep you safe and not fall victim to scams:

If your vehicle was damaged by the massive floods in Johor, you are not required to submit a police report when filing a claim under the Motor Special Perils policy or Flood Relief Allowance. 

You may submit clear photographs of the damage that show your vehicle's registration number at the location of the flood.
