The Insured Person must be:

• UOB Business Banking customers between the ages of 18 and 65 years old
• Malaysian Citizen or Permanent Resident
• Policy renewable up to age 75 years old
• Free from physical defects and in normal health
• Occupation Class 1 & 2
• Maximum 1 policy active per insured person

Note:
- Duration of cover is for one year as stated in the Policy Contract.
- You need to pay the insurance cover on a Annual basis via IBG/ credit/ debit card instruction.
- Auto renewal only applicable for credit/ debit card payment instruction.

1. Suicide or intentional self-injury.
2. Pre-existing medical conditions, mental disorder or physical infirmity.
3. Pregnancy or childbirth unless caused solely and directly by the Accident.
4. AIDS or any related diseases, immunodeficiency disorder or tested positive on an Aids-related blood test.
5. Having taken a drug, unless you prove that the drug was taken in accordance with proper medical prescription and directions, and not for treatment of drug addiction.
6. treatment of alcoholism or intoxication.
7. Cosmetic or plastic surgery or any elective surgery or congenital anomalies.
8. Dental disease, dental care or surgery.
9. Treatment for obesity/weight related improvement.
10. General check-up, convalescence, custodial or rest cure.
11. Any sexually transmitted diseases.
12. while committing or attempting to commit any unlawful act.
13. Insured/Insured Person does not have a valid driving license to drive the Vehicle. This will not apply if the Insured/Insured Person has an expired license but is not disqualified from holding or obtaining such driving license under any existing laws, by-laws and regulations.

This Policy is extended to cover Death of the Insured Person caused by drowning and/or Death or Disability caused by exposure resulting from a mishap to an aircraft or vessel in which the Insured Person is travelling.

Disappearance Clause

This policy is extended to cover disappearance if the Insured Person is proven disappear after a period of one year subject to all the evidence examined and there is a reason to assume the Death of the Insured Person.
